Western U.S. milk and cream report

Western U.S. milk output was steady to slightly higher in California but down year over year, with plentiful flush volumes. Arizona milk flows declined as bottlers cut orders, and New Mexico output waned in summer heat while Pacific Northwest production was level to slightly up.
