USDA's February WASDE cut US soybean 2021/22 ending stocks to 325 million bushels, 40 million below January's outlook but above the market average. USDA also lowered its China soybean import forecast to 97 million tonnes and cut Brazil's crop estimate to 134 million tonnes.
A smaller US supply forecast driven by crush demand supports soybean and soymeal prices, though the lower China import outlook limits upside.
