The Transportation Trades Department, AFL-CIO wrote to the Surface Transportation Board backing grain and feed trade complaints about service failures on UP, BNSF and Norfolk Southern. The letter blames precision scheduled railroading for disruptions in grain and feed pickups and deliveries.
