The November 2025 advanced Class I base price was $16.75 per cwt, down $1.29 from October and the lowest since August 2023. Class II and Class IV prices fell to their lowest since February 2021, while Class III rose slightly to $17.18.
The Class III and IV gap widened to $3.29, the largest since April 2024.
Lower federal order class prices mean smaller milk checks for producers and weaker dairy demand signals, while the wide Class III-IV gap encourages depooling that distorts reported pricing.
