Ringgit relatively stable compared to currencies of key trading partners: BNM

Bank Negara governor Nor Shamsiah Mohd Yunus said the ringgit had stayed relatively stable against major trading partners' currencies, with a nominal effective exchange rate decline of about 0.1%. She noted the dollar index had risen 11.5% this year and said the central bank would use its tools to keep ringgit moves orderly.
