Ukrainian purchase prices for sunflower seed fell to UAH 10,500-12,000/t amid harvesting, Black Sea port blockade and EU import bans on Ukrainian sunflower and rapeseed. Soybean export offers dropped to $365-380/t from about $500-515/t in August, and rapeseed demand prices also declined.
Oversupply in neighboring EU oilseed markets and blocked Black Sea exports are pushing down oilseed and meal values, with falling feed grain prices adding pressure to sunflower meal.
