Poland remains a significant European grain producer, and its ban on Ukrainian wheat, corn, rapeseed and sunflower seed imports has persisted since Poland, Slovakia and Hungary imposed their own restrictions in September. Transit of these products is still permitted under an October agreement with Ukraine and Lithuania.
