The Dollar Index finished the week little changed at 103.95 after Fed governor Waller said rate cuts should be delayed by a couple of months. US 10-year Treasury yields fell 7 basis points to 4.25%, and the Australian dollar was little changed at 0.6560.
A flat dollar and lower yields offer little direct push to dollar-denominated grain prices, leaving the broader currency backdrop neutral for feed buyers ahead of the PCE inflation release.
