US dollar to weaken, but Fed rate cuts are required, say strategists: Reuters poll

A Reuters poll of FX strategists expects the dollar to weaken slightly over the next 12 months, though they generally view it as overvalued. Analysts have repeatedly predicted dollar weakness, but the dollar index was up 2.9% year to date at the time of the poll.
