Oil prices rise for second consecutive week on expected tighter supply

Brent rose 16 cents to $72.16 a barrel and WTI gained 21 cents to $68.28, marking a second weekly gain. Prices were supported by an OPEC+ plan for seven members to cut output further, with monthly cuts of 189,000 to 435,000 bpd through June 2026.
