OPEC+ issues new plan for oil cuts to compensate for overproduction

OPEC+ issued a new plan to compensate for past overproduction, with monthly cuts of 189,000 to 435,000 bpd scheduled through June 2026. The group's existing cuts total about 5.7% of global supply.
