Poland's poultry meat output rose 5% year on year to over 3.2 million tonnes in the first eleven months of 2024, according to the national statistics office. Exports grew 8.4% to 2.1 million tonnes, with non-EU sales up 19%, helped by low feed prices and fewer bird flu restrictions.
Expanding Polish production and exports add to European poultry supply and feed demand. Low feed costs supported the expansion, which points to steady European feed grain demand.
