ECB relaxed about euro strength, risk of too low inflation, de Guindos says

ECB Vice President Luis de Guindos said tariffs will weigh on euro zone growth and prices for years. He added that the risk of inflation undershooting is limited and the euro's rise against the dollar is not a major concern.
