OPEC+ kept oil output targets unchanged at its weekend meetings, with about 3.24 million bpd of voluntary cuts still in place. The group also approved a mechanism to assess members' maximum production capacity.
Unchanged output targets limit additional supply growth, which can support crude prices against surplus expectations. Diesel and feed-related energy costs may firm modestly if crude holds up.
