Thirteen farmers, Weskan Grain and Colorado Pacific Railroad filed a federal antitrust suit in Kansas against Union Pacific and Kansas & Oklahoma Railroad. The complaint alleges an interchange fee above $500 per railcar blocks westbound grain shipments on the Towner Line.
