The US Dollar Index traded near 101.30 as it headed for its biggest monthly gain in nearly a year on Fed rate hike expectations. Fed funds futures priced about a 63% chance of a hike by September, and traders awaited the June jobs report.
Rising hike odds keep the dollar firm, which tends to pressure dollar-priced grain and oilseed values and makes US exports pricier for foreign buyers.
