Analysts say the June USDA acreage and stocks reports produced few surprises, leaving soybeans in a sideways range. US 2026 soybean plantings were raised to 85.36 million acres, and June 1 stocks were 1.06 billion bushels, up 5.3% year on year.
Ample stocks and a large acreage keep a cap on soybean prices, so weather and China trade will need to drive any sharp moves.
