OPEC+ agreed to keep oil production targets steady for November at a Sunday meeting of seven core members. Output remains about 5 million bpd below prewar levels, and any changes are unlikely before 2027.
The Iran war has also delayed the capacity review needed to set 2027 quotas.
A hold on targets adds no new barrels to a market already tight from Gulf export disruptions, so the decision is supportive for crude and diesel costs that feed into freight and feed processing.
