A new grain export transload facility opened at the Port of Milwaukee on July 18, mainly to ship distillers' dried grains with solubles to international markets. The U.S. average diesel price rose 9.9 cents to $3.905 per gallon in the week ending July 24, its largest weekly increase since October 2022.
