Indonesia's steering committee decided the export levy stays at zero until October 31, 2022, and raised the 2022 biodiesel allocation from 10.15 million kl to 11.03 million kl. The meeting also agreed to accelerate ISPO certification and the smallholder replanting program.
Higher biodiesel allocation increases domestic palm oil demand for fuel, while zero levy supports exports, together supporting palm oil and soybean oil prices.
