Indonesia's planned B-35 biodiesel mandate for Biosolar fuel, effective January 2023, is expected to raise domestic palm oil absorption from 30% to 35% blending. Industry groups say supply is sufficient to meet higher consumption, with total use rising from 18 to 21 million tonnes.
