Indonesia's trade minister issued Regulation No.1157/2023 on 12 July, introducing a crude palm oil export duty of US$3/tonne and raising the plantation fund levy from US$75 to US$85/tonne. The measures took effect 16 July 2023 and were later revoked or revised.
