Darling Ingredients said US soybean oil demand would benefit if the EPA finalizes its proposal to halve RIN credits generated from foreign feedstocks and biofuels. The EPA has proposed 7.12bn biomass-based diesel RINs for 2026, above most market expectations.
Five new crush plants started last year and two more are expected before year-end.
