Oil, biofuel, and farm groups presented a unified RFS request to the EPA, including a 5.25 billion gallon biomass-based diesel volume and a 15 billion gallon ethanol differential. The EPA is deciding RVOs for 2026-28 and is expected to finalize them later this year.
