Ukraine's infrastructure ministry said the UN-brokered Black Sea grain export deal was halted again because Russia had blocked ship registrations for all Ukrainian ports. The halt stops registered vessels from moving grain under the agreement.
A halt to the main grain export corridor removes a large share of Ukrainian corn and wheat supply from the market, which pushes prices and freight rates higher.
