Russia and Ukraine separately agreed to avoid strikes on Black Sea commercial ships and to work toward banning attacks on each other's energy infrastructure, according to a US announcement after talks in Saudi Arabia. The White House said the US would help restore Russia's access to world agricultural and fertilizer markets.
