Argentina soy, once parched, now has too much rain

Argentina's 2024/25 soybean harvest, estimated at 48.6 million tons, was running 4 percentage points behind the five-year average harvesting pace as of the Buenos Aires grains exchange report. Soybean sales were the slowest in 10 years, with only about 20% of the estimated crop sold as of April 2.
