Argentina's Economy Minister Luis Caputo confirmed that the temporary export tax cut on soy and corn will end as planned. Duties on soymeal and soyoil return to 31% from 24.5%, and on soybeans to 33% from 26%.
Higher export taxes reduce Argentine farmers' incentive to sell, tightening world meal and oil supply and supporting soymeal and soyoil prices.
