Ukraine will apply a 0.714 coefficient to the baseline calculation of minimum allowable export prices for grains, oilseeds and some oils from August 2026. The measure responds to higher logistics costs from port attacks, with domestic purchase prices down 8 to 17% for wheat, corn and barley.
Average daily grain shipments fell to 48 thousand tons.
Higher minimum export price floors can block contracts and slow Ukrainian export flows, which tightens world supply of Black Sea grains and shifts price pressure between domestic and world markets.
