The USDA Farm Service Agency reported 19.3 million acres of prevented planting, the largest since reporting began in 2007, including 11.2 million acres of corn and 4.35 million of soybeans. FSA planted-acre figures for corn differed notably from WASDE estimates of 90 million acres.
