Soybean prices rise on U.S.-China trade hopes

Chicago soybean futures rose for a second session as the US delayed a 10% tariff on certain Chinese products, including laptops and cellphones, and Chinese Vice Premier Liu He held phone talks with US trade officials. Trump also cited China for not following through on expected large farm purchases.

Corn was weighed by a USDA upgrade to its US production outlook.
