Soybeans and grains rose after China and the US agreed to suspend proposed tariffs during trade negotiations. Corn gained on dry weather in Brazil, and wheat hit its highest level in months on drought in the US Southern Plains, where USDA's winter wheat rating is the lowest in four years.
The suspension of tariffs supports soybean export demand, while drought in the US Plains and Brazil tightens supplies and supports wheat and corn prices.
