EVO’s Billet™ technology allows for long-term storage of immature black soldier fly larvae for use in feed production. EVO uses this technology to sell immature larvae to manufacturers of insects as food and feed and to manufacture dry larvae as chicken treats. EVO is profitable and expanding by recruiting farmers to contract-produce black soldier flies and by selling immature larvae to large companies to digest their own food-related waste streams.
