The Ukrainian Ministry of Agriculture reported 29 million tonnes of grain exported through February 23, with wheat at 13.3 million and corn at 10.6 million tonnes. The ministry expects total season exports near 41 million tonnes, with about 9 to 9.5 million tonnes of corn and 2 to 2.5 million of wheat still to ship before June 30.
Strong Ukrainian export pace and the expected near-record season total add to global corn and wheat supply, favoring lower export prices, though quality concerns on corn may limit the downside.
