Hard red winter wheat export cash prices rose about 73 cents since January as futures climbed from $4.37 to $5.64 per bushel by May 25. Drought in the Oklahoma and Texas panhandles and most of Kansas has cut HRW yield potential, and USDA raised its 2018/19 US wheat production forecast.
