Reuters reported that Ukraine's Azov Sea ports were operating normally despite tensions with Russia. Ukrainian officials had said the ports were functioning as usual at that point.
The report focused on the port operations rather than any change in trade flows.
Normal port operations mean Azov grain loadings are not disrupted, which limits upward pressure on wheat prices. Traders can keep current freight and sales plans.
