Ukrainian seaports shipped 1.18 million tonnes of staple grains in the week of March 14-20, 2020, up 26% week on week. Wheat shipments rose 67% and corn rose 26%, while barley fell 40%.
Egypt, South Korea and China were the top importers.
Stronger port flows add export supply, which is mildly bearish for Black Sea wheat and corn prices. The rebound also shows exporters were still moving grain during the pandemic.
