US trade authorities are deepening investigations into alleged phosphate dumping from Morocco and Russia, which Mosaic says has depressed domestic prices. The American Farm Bureau Federation and crop groups are urging against countervailing duties of up to 71.5%, warning of higher fertilizer costs for growers.
