European and Black Sea wheat quotes rose after a Pakistani TSR tender for 640,000 tonnes drew Russian offers at about $377/t CFR. Algeria also bought 500-550 thousand tonnes, and EU exports are running 37% above last year's pace.

Active import tenders and strong EU and Black Sea export flows tighten nearby supply and lift export prices. Feed wheat buyers should expect firmer European and Black Sea wheat values.
