The US Grains Council gave market and harvest updates on US sorghum, corn and DDGS to more than 200 Chinese grain buyers and feed millers at the 12th China International Cereals and Oils Industry Summit. The council said it aimed to strengthen customer relationships and boost sales.
This is promotional outreach rather than a new demand shock, so it has little direct price impact. It may support sustained US sorghum and DDGS sales to China.
