The February WASDE made few domestic changes, with US corn carryover unchanged at 1.54 billion bushels and soybean carryover reduced by 25 million bushels through higher crush. US wheat carryover was raised by 20 million bushels on lower exports.
USDA cut Brazil's soybean crop by 5 million tons, with reductions for Argentina and Paraguay as well.
Cumulative South American soybean cuts of about 18 million tons support soybean prices, though the domestic changes were minor. Traders are now watching South American weather and Chinese buying.
