Kasikornbank estimated the baht would trade between 34.80 and 35.50 per dollar for November 20 to 24 after reaching its strongest level in two and a half months. The currency was supported by weaker-than-expected US data that raised expectations the Fed had finished raising rates.
A weaker dollar and firmer baht lower the local-currency cost of dollar-priced imports, a routine currency move with little direct effect on feed prices.
