Wheat futures were slightly higher on Monday morning after Friday losses across Chicago, Kansas City and Minneapolis, with December Chicago up 11.5 cents on the week. Analysts expect USDA's Small Grains Summary to cut all-wheat production by 16 million bushels to 1.966 billion.
Expected USDA production cuts and a smaller EU crop estimate support wheat prices ahead of the report.
