Fed's Goolsbee sees lower interest rates in a year's time, but warns of uncertainties, FT reports

Fed Governor Austan Goolsbee said he expects interest rates to fall meaningfully in 12 to 18 months, while warning of uncertainties. The Fed had kept its rate in the 4.25%-4.50% range and still signaled cuts later this year.
