Minnesota and Iowa farmers are growing more oats and have built hopes on a new mill in Albert Lea, Minnesota, but have struggled to win contracts from U.S. cereal makers, which source oats largely from Canada. Shea-Lynn Ramthun says she is selling this year's oat harvest at a loss.
