The dollar rose for a fifth straight day and neared a seven-week high after the Federal Reserve raised rates and signaled more hikes. The 10-year Treasury yield reached 4.581%, its highest in a year.
WTI crude was above $104 a barrel as the Strait of Hormuz remained largely shut.
