AHDB's weekly report shows UK Nov-26 feed wheat futures slightly lower at £177.50/t while Paris Dec-26 milling wheat gained marginally. Hot, dry weather in Europe cut French maize conditions to an eight-year low, and the French ministry expects maize output could fall as much as 30%.
A possible 30% drop in French maize output tightens EU feed grain supply and supports European feed prices, while UK feed wheat remains under pressure from harvest-driven global markets.
