GvW published a blog on the Commission's 13 July 2026 EUDR measures, which remove cowhides, leather, soya seeds for sowing and some rubber and seat products. The blog notes that the Regulation applies from 30 December 2026 for large and medium enterprises.
Removal of soya seed and cattle-derived products from scope slightly eases compliance costs, but the core soy and palm oil rules remain unchanged for feed-ingredient buyers.
