Farm Progress reported that USDA's Sept. 1 corn stocks came in near 2.1 billion bushels, up 35% year over year and a seven-year high, sending futures to six-week lows.
Soybean and wheat stocks were down from a year earlier, and USDA trimmed the 2025 corn crop slightly.
