CBOT most-active corn traded near a one-week high after USDA confirmed US corn sales to China totaling 1.156 million tonnes. USDA also reported one of the strongest weeks of corn export inspections on record.
Soybeans and wheat were little changed.
Strong export sales and inspections draw down US corn stocks and support near-term prices. Continued demand from China would keep the market firm.
